I’ve asked the Association of Chief Police Officers some questions about coppers and their plastic counterparts making up the law on the spot. (Yes, I was partly thinking of this pillock.)
Meanwhile I’m still waiting for a response from Dyfed-Powys Police to a freedom of information request that I submitted on 13 July.
